Fotobabble: Make The Photos Talking The Way You Want
Everything Else March 11th, 2010
Today while I was surfing through several sites, I found one interesting site – Fotobabble. This is an really interesting site in the sense that here you can make your photos talking! More precisely, by following three simple steps you can make a talking photo and it is absolutely free.
What is a talking photo? actually this is not an animation where you can see your own photo talking along with proper lip as well face movements. Fotobabble is just a simple way where you first choose any photo(s) of yours (that you would like to see talking! ) and then using the built-in sound recording feature of Fotobabble, record your own voice or such. After the recording will get finished, play it and you can see your photo talking(or repeating) whatever you recorded in your voice earlier! Cool!
How to use it? if you want to see your still photographs repeating your sentences in your own voice for fun, then just follow these simple steps:
Step 1:- First go to – Fotobabble and then ‘sign up’ there.
Step 2:- Second ‘upload’ the photo of your choice that you want to make a talking one.
Step 3:- After your upload will get finished, on the next screen you will see the photo that you just uploaded along with two button – record and play. Click on ‘record’ and a little window will ask your permission to let Fotobabble record your voice. Allow it and record your desired sentences.
Step 4:- Now just click on ‘play’ to hear the photo repeating your recorded sentences! Then ‘save’ it.
These are the steps following which I made my photo a talking one and you can too. Besides, there are few more features exists! There are two options visible under ‘privacy’ regarding your talking photo – public and private. If you select ‘public’ everyone can watch it and if you select ‘private’ only you can watch it.
Moreover, if you wish you can share your Fotobabble talking photo with your friends via twitter, facebook, email or instant messengers. And if you have a blog or a website of your own, then you can embed it there too just for fun or to welcome your visitors. Note that you must have either an in-built microphone in your computer or an external one to record your voice.
